To the members of the First Universalist Church of Auburn, Maine, Unitarian Universalist: 

CALL TO MEETING 

The Board of Directors requests your attendance at the Annual Congregational Meeting of  the members of the First Universalist Church on Sunday, June 7, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. It will directly follow the worship service and will use the same Zoom link. 

AGENDA

  1. Call to order (Moderator)
  2. Quorum Check (20 % of Membership)
  3. Opening prayer
  4. Vote on Leadership Slate
  5. Presentation of and vote on proposed Budget
  6. Presentation of Rose Window Award
  7. Any other presentations as determined by the Board

All are invited to attend to learn more about the functioning of our congregation, although voting is a privilege of church membership.
